Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy (Regular Everyday Orders)
If you're not completely satisfied with any item you may return any item (Excluding Headwear) WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT (90 Days for Holiday Gifts) for exchange or refund, excluding original shipping & handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise to Paradise Clothing Company unless Paradise Clothing Company shipped the incorrect or defective product (Items Damaged during Transit are Not Considered Defective, consider adding Shipping Insurance). The returned item(s) must be in perfect condition with the original tags and labels attached if possible.

Please include a copy of the return form in the carton, and wrap the package securely. Please indicate the reason for your return or exchange. All RETURNS & EXCHANGES must have the Return Authorization Form (Print the Form Below) enclosed with your returned products.

We Do Not charge our customers a Re-Stocking Fee for Returned merchandise - other online retailers would rather persuade you to exchange your merchandise rather than return it and be charged a Re-Stocking Fee, we want you to be Happy with your online purchase, if your not Happy with any of your items, you may return them for a full value credit less shipping charges. The ONLY time we will ever charge a restocking fee (20%) is if a customer intentionally shoves returned merchandise into the return box and sends it back to us Wrinkled and Discombobbled!

Washed, worn or altered items cannot be returned. Paradise Clothing Co ships ALL clothing orders Neatly Folded and Packed, please do your best to try and return merchandise in the same condition you received them to avoid being charged a Re-Stocking Fee (20%). We don't mean you have too iron or press the merchandise, just be considerate when returning your merchandise to Paradise Clothing Co. Mahalo!

Refused Packages: If you Refuse your package, and it was shipped via FREE Shipping, the Actual Shipping Costs Incurred by Paradise Clothing Co will be Deducted from your Refund Amount.

We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items. We suggest that you ship the items and a completed return form via UPS or USPS Insured to:

Return Policy (Large Special or Corporate Orders)


Special Orders or Corporate Orders placed on your behalf are NOT RETURNABLE, we will gladly order products for you, but we can not accept returns on these type orders, when special circumstances arise, we will always consider Exchanges and Exceptions, please contact us BEFORE you place Large Special Orders

Exchanges (US Shipments)


Paradise Clothing Co will Ship your Exchanged items back to you at our cost, Paradise Clothing Co will determine the best rate and shipper for the exchanged item(s). If you need your item(s) shipped back to you quicker, please contact us to purchase the additional postage amount.

Exchanges (International)


Paradise Clothing Co does not offer Free Return Shipping for International Exchanges -- you will receive a $4.95 Shipping Credit towards the total Exchange Shipping Costs back to you -- the difference in shipping costs must be paid by the Customer before the Exchange will be returned to you. We will find the Best International Rate available to us and will contact you with the amount due.

Please Note: No returns after 30 days.

Merchandise shipped to Paradise Clothing Company after the 30-day period will be refused. Paradise Clothing Company reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns showing evidence of wear, scratch marks or discoloration. Any merchandise returned not in original condition will be sent back to the purchaser C.O.D. No replacement merchandise will be shipped until original merchandise is received and inspected.

Please allow at least 30 business days from the date the item is received by Paradise Clothing Company to process a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you ship your package via UPS ground or any other standard service that provides tracking.

You can also exchange your item for a different size, color or product. When providing the return information, just indicate the new size, color or product. We will ship you the new item upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If the item you are requesting is not available, we will notify you via e-mail.
