Shipping Requests
If you need your order by a certain date, please write the
date you need your items delivered by in the information box during checkout.
When requesting a "Need By" date with your order, please
understand we will try our best to get your order shipped to you as soon as
possible. Orders are processed Monday-Friday and Most In-Stock orders will ship
within 1-3 Business Days. Some items do sell out and need to be re-ordered,
we will notify you via email if your order contains items on re-order with
an estimated ETA or possible Substitutions. If you need your order RUSHED, please use the
Contact Form or Call us.
Please choose the correct shipping option during checkout. We ship from
California, if you live on the East Coast and need your order in 5-7 days, after
the 1-3 days processing time, you would need to choose the appropriate shipping
method (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, Express Mail etc.) to make sure your order
gets to you on time.

US Postal Services Available
Express Mail 1-2 Days to most
areas (Not Guaranteed)
Priority Mail 2-5 Days to most areas
United Parcel Services Available
Ground 1-5 Days to most areas
3 Day Select (3rd Day after day of shipment)
2nd Day Air (2nd Day after day of shipment)
Next Day Air (Next Day after day of shipment)
Shipping rates are determined by the total weight of the order. Your shipping
options will be available to you during checkout. Options available to you will
be determined by your shipping destination.
Our goal is to process all IN STOCK orders within 1-3 Business Days of receipt.
If your order contains items out of stock or on backorder, your order will ship
within 2-7 business days. If for some reason we cannot fill your order, we will
notify you about possible substitutions. If there are any special circumstances,
such as needing your order by a certain date, Please notify as soon as possible
so we can give your order the attention it needs.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through
Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). Most orders are shipped from
California. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you
will be contacted within two business days. If you have any special shipping
requests, please contact us as soon as possible.
Paradise Clothing Company reserves the right to hold any order for a security
review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business
days.
