Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping cart items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just click Account icon on the top of the page.

Corporate or Group Sales

Paradise Clothing Company can outfit your Corporate or Group Event, Uniforms for Restaurant or Hotel Staff & School Marching Bands and of course Hawaiian Events and Luau's.

Items may be ordered from any Clothing Category, Brands / Manufacturers may be Mixed and Matched.

Please be aware that ALL Bulk, Corporate and Special Apparel Orders are Non-Returnable, minor Exchanges for Sizing are Accepted.

It's a good idea to preorder your Hawaiian clothing in a range of sizes and then order additional items after determining the correct sizing.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at orders@paradiseclothingco.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via orders@paradiseclothingco.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll ship your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Yes, in most cases yes, as long as your order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us here Contact Us to make changes to your order.

How much does Shipping cost?

Standard Shipping is Free for orders $100 and up shipped within the United States. For orders under $100, the shipping cost is only $4.95. 

Priority Shipping is availble for an additional cost during checkout.

International shipping is calculated during checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please wait 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us thru the website.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We Want You to feel Great about your Purchase:

If you're not completely satisfied with any item you've purchased, you may return it (Excluding Headwear) WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise to Paradise Clothing Company (unless Paradise Clothing Company shipped the incorrect product).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Restocking Fee's:
We Do Not charge our customers a Re-Stocking Fee for Returned merchandise - other online retailers would rather persuade you to exchange your merchandise rather than return it and be charged a Re-Stocking Fee, we want you to be Happy with your online purchase, if your not Happy with any of your items, you may return them for a full value credit less shipping charges.

Washed, worn or altered items cannot be returned:
Paradise Clothing Co ships ALL clothing orders Neatly Folded and Packed, please return items in the same condition you received them to avoid being charged a Re-Stocking Fee (20%). We don't mean you have too iron or press the merchandise, just be considerate when returning your merchandise to Paradise Clothing Co. Mahalo!

Refused Packages:
If you Refuse your package, and it was shipped via FREE Shipping, the Actual Shipping Costs Incurred by Paradise Clothing Co will be Deducted from your Refund Amount.

Incorrect Addresses:
If you placed an order with an incorrect address and your package is returned as undeliverable, and it was shipped via FREE Shipping, the Actual Shipping Costs Incurred by Paradise Clothing Co will be Deducted from your Refund Amount for the undeliverable package. If you need your order reshipped to a correct address, you will need to pay for the actual shipping costs for the second shipment.

Mailing your Return/Exchange:
We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items. We suggest that you ship the items and a completed return form via UPS or USPS Insured to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please Note: No returns after 60 days.

Merchandise shipped to Paradise Clothing Company after the 60-day period will be refused. Paradise Clothing Company reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns showing evidence of wear, scratch marks or discoloration. Any merchandise returned not in original condition will be sent back to the purchaser C.O.D. No replacement merchandise will be shipped until original merchandise is received and inspected.

Please allow at least one billing cycle from the date the item is received by Paradise Clothing Company to process a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you ship your package via UPS ground or any other standard service that provides tracking.

Paradise Clothing Co will Ship your Exchanged items back to you at Free of Charge, Paradise Clothing Co will determine the best rate and shipper for the exchanged item(s). If you need your item(s) shipped back to you quicker, please contact us to purchase the additional postage amount.

These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift e-cards are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life.
