Special Shipping Requests:
If you need your order by a certain date, please write the date you need your items delivered by in the Additional Details box or Click Here to Contact Us as soon as possible.

We are continually receiving orders throughout the day and do our best to ship them out as soon as possible. Please allow 1-5 Business Days for order processing Monday - Friday excluding major Holidays. Please choose the correct shipping option during checkout. We ship from California, if you live on the East Coast and need your order in 5-7 days, after the 1-5 days processing time, you would need to choose the appropriate shipping method to make sure your order gets to you on time.

Most items are in stock, items not in stock can be re-ordered and back in stock within 2-5 business days.

International Shipping - Customs, Duties, Taxes & Fee's
Customers are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Paradiseclothingco.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We Want You to feel Great about your Purchase:
If you're not completely satisfied with any item you've purchased, you may return it (Excluding Headwear) WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECEIPT (90 Days for Holiday Gifts) for exchange or refund, excluding original shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise to Paradise Clothing Company (unless Paradise Clothing Company shipped the incorrect product).

The returned item(s) must be in New Condition with the original tags and labels attached if possible. Please Print and include a copy of the Return/Exchange Authorization Form in your package.

Restocking Fee's:
We Do Not charge our customers a Re-Stocking Fee for Returned merchandise - other online retailers would rather persuade you to exchange your merchandise rather than return it and be charged a Re-Stocking Fee, we want you to be Happy with your online purchase, if your not Happy with any of your items, you may return them for a full value credit less shipping charges.

The ONLY time we will ever charge a restocking fee (20%) is if a customer intentionally shoves returned merchandise into the return box and sends it back to us Wrinkled and Discombobbled!

Washed, worn or altered items cannot be returned:
Paradise Clothing Co ships ALL clothing orders Neatly Folded and Packed, please return items in the same condition you received them to avoid being charged a Re-Stocking Fee (20%). We don't mean you have too iron or press the merchandise, just be considerate when returning your merchandise to Paradise Clothing Co. Mahalo!

Refused Packages:
If you Refuse your package, and it was shipped via FREE Shipping, the Actual Shipping Costs Incurred by Paradise Clothing Co will be Deducted from your Refund Amount.

Incorrect Addresses:
If you placed an order with an incorrect address and your package is returned as undeliverable, and it was shipped via FREE Shipping, the Actual Shipping Costs Incurred by Paradise Clothing Co will be Deducted from your Refund Amount for the undeliverable package. If you need your order reshipped to a correct address, you will need to pay for the actual shipping costs for the second shipment.

Mailing your Return/Exchange:
We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items. We suggest that you ship the items and a completed return form via UPS or USPS Insured to:

Paradise Clothing Company reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns showing evidence of wear, scratch marks or discoloration. Any merchandise returned not in original condition will be sent back to the purchaser C.O.D. No replacement merchandise will be shipped until original merchandise is received and inspected.

Please allow at least 30 business days from the date the item is received by Paradise Clothing Company to process a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you ship your package via UPS ground or any other standard service that provides tracking.

You can also exchange your item for a different size, color or product. When providing the return information, just indicate the new size, color or product. We will ship you the new item upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If the item you are requesting is not available, we will notify you via e-mail.

Exchanges (US Shipments)

If you need to change the sizing of any of your items, please print and fill out the Return/Exchange Authorization Form and ship the products back to us at:

Paradise Clothing Co will Ship your Exchanged items back to you at Free of Charge, Paradise Clothing Co will determine the best rate and shipper for the exchanged item(s). If you need your item(s) shipped back to you quicker, please contact us to purchase the additional postage amount.

You can also exchange your item for a different size, color or product. When providing the return information, just indicate the new size, color or product. Exchanges (International)

Paradise Clothing Co does not offer Free Return Shipping for International Exchanges -- you will receive a $4.95 Shipping Credit towards the total Exchange Shipping Costs back to you -- the difference in shipping costs must be paid by the Customer before the Exchange will be returned to you. We will find the Best International Rate available to us and will contact you with the amount due. (Click here for Return/Exchange Authorization Form)

Return Policy (Large Special or Corporate Orders)

Special Orders or Corporate Orders placed on your behalf are NOT RETURNABLE, we will gladly order products for you, but we can not accept returns on these type orders, when special circumstances arise, we will always consider Exchanges and Exceptions, please contact us BEFORE you place Large Special Orders.
